Can I modify my order? +

How long does it take to receive my product? +
US Delivery: You will receive your order in the next 5 - 7 business days.
International delivery: You will receive your order in the next 20 - 30 business days, subject to local custom.

What is the status of my order? +
Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email on your purchase. Once our team at the warehouse has processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.
What if I don’t receive my order? +
Please contact us at 1-800-259-9522 or submit a ticket to us should you not receive your product after 5-7 business days for US delivery.
International delivery will take 20-30 business days, subject to local custom clearance.
You can avoid order delays by making sure to provide us with your correct billing and shipping address. The most common reasons for order delays are failing to enter the billing address on file with your credit card company.
Can I remove a saved payment method? +

We recommend storing our products in a cool dry place.

All our products are for 18 years and older unless instructed otherwise by your healthcare provider.

Once you have dropped off the returns at the post office/courier of your choice, please click here to get support or call our hotline 1-800-856-5587 to inform us of your return. Do provide us with a picture or screenshot of the postage receipt and/or the returns tracking number. This will expedite the process for us to issue you the refunds soonest possible.When will I receive my refund? +
Once your order is received by our Returns department you will receive an email to let you know that a refund has been processed for the returned items. This email will include the amount of the refund for your records.
After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks (up to 30 days or more for international orders) for us to receive and process your return.
If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 10 - 14 business days for your bank/card issuer to disburse the funds back into your account.
